  • Skilled Nursing Facilities Celebrate National Skilled Nursing Care Week
May 12, 2022

Amidst the flurry of activities happening in skilled nursing facilities this week, it was heartwarming to see the smiles on residents’ faces as they enjoyed a variety of events celebrating National Skilled Nursing Care Week (NSNCW).

This year’s theme, “Creating and Nurturing Connections” is especially poignant as staff have made tremendous efforts to help residents maintain social and emotional connections during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Thank you to all nursing facility staff for going the extra mile to provide your residents with fun, creative and meaningful activities this week and throughout the pandemic.
