Revolutionize Wound Care in Your Nursing Facility

Tuesday, January 14, 2025

12:30 pm –1:30 pm

VIRTUAL

Seminar Description:

Wound care is a critical component of resident care in nursing facilities, where residents often present with complex medical histories and are at high risk for various types of wounds. Proper wound management can significantly enhance resident outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and improve the quality of life for residents. Modern wound care is also critical for running a deficiency free nursing facility. More and more nursing facilities are being cited for failure to prevent pressure ulcers, provide necessary treatment and services to promote healing, prevent infection and prevent new ulcers from developing. Don’t miss this opportunity to improve your staff’s knowledge and wound care expertise to better serve your residents.

Presenter:

  • Dr. Mikhail Novikov is a Massachusetts leader in wound care, skin care, and minor surgery. Dr. Novikov is recognized locally and nationally for his outstanding clinical outcomes and teaching contributions.

Target Audience: DONs, Unit Managers, Front-Line Nurses, Infection Control Staff
