  • MassHealth Payment and Care Delivery Innovations (PCDI) – Phase II Training Webinars
January 11, 2018

Effective March 1, 2018, MassHealth will begin offering an expanded selection of health plan options to managed care eligible members. These new options are Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and a key part of MassHealth PCDI. MassHealth will also continue to offer Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and the Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan as managed care options.  Please click here to read MassHealth All-Provider Bulletin 272, November 2017.

MassHealth will conduct three phases of education, training, and communication for the provider community throughout PCDI implementation. Tailored content will be offered to align with each phase. The MassHealth  PCDI Phase II Operations trainings are slated to begin January 9th 2018. Webinar sessions are offered weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This training will focus on operational changes effective 3/1/18, including continuity of care, new health plan contact information, changes to the Eligibility Verification System (EVS), and plan-specific administrative and operational functionalities.  This training will also provide an overview of member information and resources, such as the new MassHealth Choices website available at http://www.masshealthchoices.com.

Providers interested in attending Phase II Payment and Care Delivery Training should go to the MassHealth Learning Management System (LMS) at http://www.masshealthtraining.com. If you have not previously attended a training, you must register first and create a profile. Once you have registered, please select the preferred course date and time available.
