MassCAP

January 21st marks the beginning of National Activity Professionals Week and we encourage members to support their Activity Directors with a membership in the Massachusetts Council of Activity Professionals (MassCAP.) Governed by a dedicated group of Activity Directors who volunteer their time and expertise, MassCAP offers member discounts on in-person and virtual educational programming with contact hours necessary to achieve and maintain certification, a quarterly newsletter and resources to assist Activity Directors and Staff with staying current on regulations.

The Activity Professional is the key to providing true quality of life experiences for older adults in all senior living communities, including skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care units.

The 2024 MassCAP annual membership begins January 1 and the cost is $50 per person. Please consider investing in your Activity Director/Staff now so they can continue their professional development and become even better equipped to provide the best quality programming for our residents. Please click here to download the MassCAP Membership Application. Anyone with questions regarding membership can contact MassCAP President Sandy Sarza.
