To show appreciation for EVS personnel, who ensure that healthcare facilities across the country are clean, safe places for patients, their families, and other staff members, Project Firstline partnered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to develop a new resource, How to Read a Disinfectant Label. This resource helps explain the different components included on the label of a disinfectant product.
Additionally, the Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE), is offering a variety of resources that support EVS personnel in their work to keep environments safe and clean across all care settings.
