AHCA/NCAL Announces 2019 Silver National Quality Award Recipients
Nine Mass Senior Care Member Facilities Receive Recognition
Nine Mass Senior Care member facilities are being recognized with a 2019 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The award is the second of three distinctions possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which honors long term and post-acute care providers that have demonstrated their commitment to improving the quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
“We are extremely proud of the member nursing facilities which have been recognized as Silver National Quality Award Recipients,” said Tara Gregorio, President of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association. “This success requires committed leadership and staff that are dedicated to long term quality improvement and we applaud these facilities for their achievement.”
